Soulful Toaster - Delivery of Small Items

We are very pleased to offer free delivery to UK Mainland on the majority of items on our online store.  This includes all our kitchen items, objects and stationery.  Some of the smaller mirrors and cushions also have complimentary shipping to the UK, this is always noted on the item description.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please email us with the item you are interested in and your location and we will provide you with a prompt delivery quotation.  A shipping invoice will be sent to you separately to your order, please note that no goods will be dispatched until the payment has been received - makes sense!

We always endeavour to send your goods promptly.  Orders before 12pm are usually dispatched the same day and we aim to send all orders by the next working day. We use Royal Mail recorded delivery for the majority of our items.  Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days, however we must allow 7-10 working days for our delivery period from date of order. You will receive an email once your goods are on the way with an expected date for their arrival.  If you need your item to arrive on a specific date, we can use a priority service for which there will be an additional charge, please contact us before placing your order in this case.

At Soulful Toaster you can be assured we will always wrap your purchases with care.  We also ensure our packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible; our bubble wrap is biodegradable, our boxes are 90-100% recycled material and can be fully recycled, (so please do!) 

Soulful Toaster - Delivery of Furniture and Bulky Items

Furniture items and larger, heavy items can be collected directly from our Surrey showroom at an agreed date.  
Please note that we do not hold every item within the showroom, so if you are planning to view a particular piece please contact us before your arrival so we can ensure it's available for you.

Alternatively, we can arrange a delivery quotation for you using one of our designated courier companies.  Please contact us prior to purchasing your item to ensure you are happy with the cost.
